What will you get?

How is support working?

What about ekstra support?

If you have problems that can't be solved within the agreement you can get extra support with the same 15% discount. You are not required to use YIpe for that.

How are you working?

Unless there is an urgent problem your site is updated once a month. They check there is a fresh back up and check all compabilities. Non-100% compabilities that could influence design or functionality are delayed to next time. Security is always updated.

What about unused time?

If there are not any issues you can convert the included fixing time to smaller update tasks, for example replacing images or text.

What if site breaks?

If an update breaks the website it is rolled back to last update, and then you discuss next steps.

Bug fixing

1 hour of bug fixing is already included. Many minor issues can be fixed within that time, while you relax on your couch!

How to get started?

Start by contacting our designers at Yipe directly and say you would like to use this Mix★Boss Wordpress offer. They will ask for your log-in details and check your site to see if you can use this offer.
If you have a bigger business website this package might not be the right one for you. You might need things like a staging site, hacking protection etc. Most standard websites will be able to use it though.

How to pay?

Yipe sends you an email at the end of the month, where you can pay for next month with your Credit/Debit card. If you don't want to continue simply say that in advance before the end of the month.
